How do I book a photo experience?
To book a session you have to send an inquiry requesting the type of session you would like to have done. We can then schedule you for the date you would like to shoot or schedule a call to talk about your photo shoot needs and put together a plan for your shoot. Once we have a plan for your shoot we will send out a contract and invoice to secure your spot on the calendar. When the contract is signed and the invoice is paid you will be added to the calendar automatically. This is the only way to hold a date you would like to shoot.
Do you have a payment Plan?
Yes, We currently offer a couple of payment plans so that you can book your wedding date or photo shoot and make reasonable payments on your account.
If you decide to pay your wedding photography balance in full you will receive a discount of 10% on your wedding collection. The Quarterly Collection and Content Creator Collection have a 10% discount if paid in full as well.
Weddings require a 25% deposit to secure the date and payments made throughout the year until 3 weeks before the wedding date when the final payment is due.
Can I receive RAW files or video footage from my wedding or portrait session?
No. Under no circumstances do we offer the RAW files or RAW Video footage for any session booked with us. Please do not ask.
Are my final wedding images edited?
All of the final images from a wedding are cropped, straightened, and color-corrected. These images are not retouched. The Sneak peeks from the wedding are retouched.
How long will it take to get my images? What is the process for this?
When you book a portrait session the turnaround time is 14 days from the date you select your images. Once your session is complete we send you an email with all of the images from your session included. You will then be able to select the images you love the most for editing. Any additional selections can be edited for a price of $40 for each additional image.
When booking a wedding the turnaround time for a full wedding gallery is 45 business days from the date of your wedding. We have the Deluxe Wedding Collection that allows you to receive your FULL gallery in 7 business days. We are typically shooting sessions on Saturdays and Sundays so we ask for those days to create and the weekdays are used for editing days.
If you would like to put a rush on your turnaround time you can pay an additional fee. (Contact us for more information regarding this).
What are Sneak Peeks?
Sneak peeks are roughly 30-50 images delivered 3-4 days after the wedding for sharing on social media and with family and friends.
How many images do I get in my full wedding gallery?
A wedding gallery contains about 50 images per hour of shooting. So if we are shooting your wedding for 8 hours you will receive 400+ images. As a documentary wedding photography team we want to make sure we capture all the important moments and quality over quantity is important. So you won’t receive duplicate images and each image has a certain amazing spark!
